No smoking. No pets. Must be able to climb stairs. Please do not leave food exposed anywhere. Please kindly help us conserve energy by closing doors and shutters when running air conditioning. In the Caribbean power outages are quite frequent and unfortunately this is out of our control. However, there’s no need to worry- Stay Salty has complete battery backup power. Power outages typically last less than two hours. The battery backup will run the entire household for 8-12 hours. We are not responsible for power outages out of our control. There are no refunds issued for Wi-Fi outages out of our control. Insects are part of tropical life. While the space is professionally exterminated on a regular basis, you may still see insects. No refunds will be issued due to insect sightings. Stay Salty is not a hurricane shelter. We are not responsible for inclement weather. We recommend trip insurance.
